MY PSP MEMORY STICK IS NOT LOCATED

hello when i turn my psp on MEMORY STICK Access Indicator was blinking while the memory stick was there. the memory stick and the games inserted were not located. then i eject the memory stick the light stopped blinking.and i tried another memory card the psp was doing the same thing, the orange light started blinking again. and my memory stick wasnt located. so please help me with what to do.

It could be that your MS is fake but try formating it....

I was thinking the same thing, but i used another Memory Stick and it was still doing the same thing, the orange light was still blinking.
so i dont think is the Memory Stick. what else can i do.

It is your memory stick. If it keeps flashing orange when you insert it, then it's corrupted and your psp or PC can't read it. You can just send it back to your company if it still has a warranty.

yes they both work in another psp.

I think you may have a problem in your PSP...
When you try to format it or access it does it give an error or something??

i also have the same problem. i have a friend actually that has the same issue. when he tries to format his memory stick on his psp it fails then gives a set of numbers... but, when i tried the mem stick on my psp, it works! on his psp, he tried my memory stick and it works also! but i would love to know what really is happening here...
