This is information what you need
I have INTEL CDERON PROCESSOR
SPEED 400MHZ
128MB RAM
GFORC 4 64MB VIDEO CART
Windows XP professionaL
I want to konw what i need minmum to
play divx and xvid file in my pc and
tell me very esay and beaciclly what i have to do in my pc to play very well divx and xvid

Well that is your Problem...You PC is too slow to Play DivX/XviD files at Full Frame rate, it is Probably too slow to Play mpeg2 files also..
My PC is 7 Times as fast as yours and it is too slow for me sometimes so if you want to do any Video stuff on your PC then I think It is Time for an Upgrade...You can Upgrade your PC to a Athlon XP 2200+ for Under $100 US which would increase the Speed of your PC by over 400% and you would then be able to do anything with your PC....good Luck

Technically you MIGHT be able to play a DivX/XviD movie -- technically but only if you really optimized the system and had nothing running in the background.

But with a P2 Celeron, you wont be able to play a DivX/XviD movie very well (it will chop and skip all over)

Go with what Minion suggests -- the XP2100 and XP2200s are really cheap :-)
