I don't have any now b/c I formatted it to be able to put some iso's on and no I can't get into recovery. I'm wondering if I just reinstall what ever files were on the memory stick when I downgraded to 1.50 using the pandora battery will it recover and put 1.50 back on ?

Not if you got a full brick, you need someone with custom firmware psp to make you a magic memory stick to work with pandora.
