I have 2 PSX games, and they are both over 700 mb, so I'd go with 2 GB at least.

tnanx was thinking of a 2gb one also how does the buttons work for the psx games since there is only 6 buttons on the psp when the playstation had 8???.

You can pick 1 of 4 controller schemes. You have to deal with awkward controls in very few situations.
