i'm writing to ask a simple question. just recently lost my 3.52mm4 psp and i'm going to get a replacement soon. Should I get another FAT one or should I get the slim, i want to put cfm on the new one as well. I have a pandora battery & magic memory stick already can I use them to convert the slim psp as well as is, or will I have to go through additional steps to convert a slim if that's the route that I go?

Fat is heavy but better structure, slim is easy to break but has new features. Both will work with CFW. U have to use the fat pandora battery to downgrade the slim.

how do you mean it's "easier to break" - by hurling it at a wall?!

i doubt a even a fat could withstand that.

i'm sensing slim & lite envy.

One my friend slim psp got destoryed like that parts fall off everywhere because he fell off some stairs (around 5). The psp was in his pocket, if didnt fall off.

EDIT: I am jealous that slim has the tv option though. Also, that is has different colors to pick. And, mostly becuase it is slim, but im just telling my opinion

if you ask me, it's not a case of one being more sturdy than the other, the fact is PSPs in general are far too fragile full stop.

they are less fragile than an ipod and don't self destruct after 1 year

I have dropped my phat psp and i am VERY grateful that it hasn't fallen apart...i would be heartbroken T.T

Even though I still love my fat... I pick it up now and can't believe how much more I really do love my slim. I'm actually prepping my fat to be sold right now.

The slim really is worth the buy, especially if you lost yours and are already considering buying another one. Trust me, playing your games on the tv is more than a novelty, it's just down right cool.
