Hi guys, I've been trying in vain to find anyone else who's had this trouble so hopefully this isnt a dupe topic. My PSP had some troubles, and ended up with a dud motherboard and broken screen -> I replaced the motherboard with the same version (ta-081) and a new "tested working" screen. However, while it all seems to work fine, the picture is doubled up (lines over it), it does not update so any text on one screen stays to the next even though the next shows up over it, and the contrast/brightness is so high you can barely make out any words, and there's no colour it's all white or variations of.

Hmm .. have you checked the connection of the screen to the PSP? It looks like the PSP is having trouble sending a good signal to your new screen .. so I am just taking a stab in the dark .. but are the compatibility issues with certain screens with certain motherboards? If not, you either have a dud screen or motherboard on your hands.
