Hi Minion,
Softwre not a problem....

Ive tired with Nerovision Express 2, TMPGtnc Pro 2.3, DVD2AVI and about to try Video Studio V 6.0.

I tried movie maker as a last cry for help.

What i've noticed is the red burn light comes on
my Diamond Data ATAPI CD-RW 52x24 and then the computer re-boots. I've tired all sorts of fixes nothing works.

Glad if you could help me get to the bottom of it and if I find out I'll be sure to let you all know,
Minion

What services do you have disabled? What USB devices might you have that are on power saving?
