upgrading homebrew firmware help!!!

im trying to upgrade my firmware to 3.52 m33 but it wont work. i have 3.03oe-c and when i run the upgrader the screen goes black, but then the psp just turns off.
can anyone help!!!

I am not sure why this is happening. All I can recommend is trying to upgrade to a different version and then trying to go upgrade to your desired one.
