checked my serial no on my wii and had this info sent back
Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-D2C.
Your Drive Pins are most likely not cut. so what chip do i need andonce i install it do i need to do anything to the firmware or anything like that

you need to start reading the stickies more.

but you will probably need either a D2CKey or Argon chip.

There are about 10 of these threads lying around here.
