I have Roxio 9.0 and when I try to save any data on a disc, it goes well for 75% of the disc and then it says the disc could not created, when viewing the error message, it states the disc is dirty and when i try another new disc and a different brand, i get the same issue again, how do i solve this problem?

get rid of roxio by uninstalling, then use roxio zap tool to get rid of registry roxio left behind that still causes problems, they get a better software and try over.

Should save that error log and post it. It would be better if you start your own thread-easier for people to follow and help you.
