"HELP PLEASE" Converting FAT16 File To FAT32 File ?

I Was Wondering If Anyone Could Help Me Convert A (FAT16) To A (FAT32) File, And Also I Purchased GameShark 2 "Unsure Of Version"- I Was Able To Get The File I Am Trying To Convert To Be Able To Load On The Game I Am Playing Which Is NCAA 08... However When I Load The Roster File For The Game It Does Not Show That It Is On The Memory Card To Load. I Also Purchased A 1G Memory Stick Last Night, I Turned On My PS2 Transfered The Same File With The New Memory Stick It Showed That The Transfer Was Successful I Turned My Playstation Off. I Turned It Back On To Check My Memory Card It Showed That The File Was On My PS2 Memory Card, It Still When Reloading The Game Would Not Show The Files Being There.... Am I Doing Something Wrong?.
I Purchased The File From A Seller One EbayAnd He Sent Me The File In That Foemat Is Taht Also Wrong Or What? Awww And One Mor Thing Befoe I Gi My Local EB Games Told Me GameShark 2 Would Work With This File But I Am Not To Sure Of That.
