Hiu, just got one of these and am having a problem with picture quality. I have scanned all the channels without issue and autoupdate works. the problem I have is many channels are unwatchable due to block picture/freezing etc. signal quality shows LNB & Conn at between 75 and 85 % (status GOOD) and Signal quality at 99% - this is the same on channels that work and channels that freeze

Ive tried without the splitter and it made no difference.

I know the signal is good because i had a dbox without problem and also a dvb-c card without problem.

the box shows software ver is E_Ver 4.506, 15 Oct 2007
