I'm not sure if anyone is interested in knowing but I was able to get the Japanese version of Wiifit to work on my Wii(US).

I used rawdump to create an iso file, then patched it with region free software and brickblocker to remove the update. Then I updated my Wiikey to version 1.9g.

Now I just need to figure out what those japanese words mean by trial and error.

I saw the demonstration in Tokyo...couldn't wait for it to be released which might be in May 2008 now.
