HELP UPDATE TO 3.71m33

Ok i had my psp on 3.71-m33 and when i was playing a game i pressed on home but then when i tried to move it to YES it couldn't it was stuck.So i tried to fix it by going back to 1.5 and then update back but i didnt use winstaller i used some other program and i think my flash got kinda messed up. And then when i tried to update to 3.52m33 it loads the installer and then i it closes i don't even have time to press on start and when it closes it says "canceled by user".Then like a week after i wanted to play GTA VCS so i uploaded to 3.03fw and then i tried to downgrade 3.03 to 1.5 with the LIBERTY CITY STORIES downgrader but the same thing happened..i could press on start and it closed by it self so how can i fix that and go back to 1.50 and then update to 3.52m33

Dude, thats not SW, not even your PSP the problem is your R button its stuck I had that problem before, get a new R button remove the face plate and replace it entirely. Good luck!
