1. i have a pal wii on version 3.0e what will update it to the latest version without connecting to the net?

2.soul calibur (ntsc version) will this try to update and if so does WBB work with it? im using a d2ckey chip

Also the region update here http://wiki.gbatemp.net/index.php?title=...ility_List:_PAL
says mario party 8 doesnt work at all well the pal version with dc2key on a pal machine works fine.

Obviously if you use a PAL game in a PAL machine, it will work fine.

The compatibility list deals with the Compatibility of games from other regions.
