MS28 with iXtreme 1.4 - high pitch noise?

I flashed my ms28 with ixtreme 1.4 and I can hear a high pitch noise coming from the dvd drive when it's accessing data. Really annoying.
I read that some people have this problem with 1.4 but not with 1.3?
Has anyone else here have experienced this?
Just want to make sure before I open my 360 again since it's a pain to do that :)

I have the ms28 with ixtreme 1.4 as well, but I haven't experienced any high pitch noise. You may want to check to make sure everything in the system is in place. Maybe blow compressed air in the system. A Fan could be stuck!
