the ear piece works fine in online chat it just ain working in games
its a motorola H350

Yes, quite a few Motorola's have this problem. They can only handle single input sources, more than one ie multiple ppl in an online game and the mic will just shutoff. The same will happen if multi ppl are in the same chat room you will find.

Jabra makes good cheap bluetooth headsets that 100% will work on the ps3; if your looking to get another that is.

I stopped using Motorola, 3 differant models, same problem. Disconnecting while in game. I have this one and it works great! It connects everytime even in mid game. Link
