Hello, not sure about a combo deal but I use modchip.ca, they offer charge on delivery, so no credit info needed. It cost a little more but if you are nervous about trusting the sites then it is the best method, no money up front. It should cost you about $55, and a little extra for the COD. Maybe 65 all done, but check it out and let me know, if not there might be some more options.
