I'm sure you have heard this all before but I tried to find older threads on this and could not. I have firmware 3.71 M33 and have downloaded a few isos. Some work, wipeout pulse didn't work until I upgraded the firmware to 3.71 M33 and not MGS portable ops and Medal Of Honour Heroes 2 has the same problem I had when Wipeout didn't work which is that it starts, the publisher or whatever comes up (eg. Sony Entertainment Presents or EA Games) and then it either switches off or keeps repeating this. Any ideas?
Many Thanks Ollie
(ps quite new to this so not sure about all the settings in recovery mode so if i need to change this please explain)

Also another tip, set your CPU speed to 300MHz/333MHz, some games require that or they won't get past the start logo's etc.

Downloading from a torrent is much better than downloading directly...

really? for me torrents are much slower as long as it's not rapidshare or 8 different parts to it, i find it quicker.

Well, i get up to around 500kB/s in torrents, whereas with file sharing sites i'm lucky to get 200kB/s...

yeah I have the same problem, I have a Japenese version of FF7Crisis Core that seems like it "would" work but right after I press the X button and the psp logo screen go's off I get a blank screen of dissapointment, its not all bad though being on 3.80m33-4 I can still play all my emulators which was the reason I kept it at 1.50 so long, two out of seven ISO/CSO's worked thats why I'm betting the problem is most likely the ISO/CSO's themselves are the problem and that getting good ones is either "Hit or Miss" but i havent tried the stuff on larrylies post yet the disappointment distracted me lol... I wonder why the people who post them dont check them before they post them? but their is a old saying that I go by " Beggers can't be Choosy" lol :)
