Ok, the jap wii will only play jap games but If I mod it can I play any game I want.

Also what has been updated with the wii since its been released, does it play dvd or anything.

Well technically yes, but there is some incompatibly with other region games and you can risk bricking your Wii by running an update from an other region game.

The Wii pretty much has the same features from launch.

Could you elaborate a bit. Or even tell me if Im wise getting one and doing the mod. I was looking at one on play-asia for £150, is this the best price I can get. I noticed lik sang has been shut down, is there any other reputable sites.
