I bought a used Wii from a valid store it had not been registerd yet, so i registerd it and hav a vaild copy of the recipt, will they honor the warranty cuz im having troubles with it now? any one know or hav any guesses? oh n do they require u send the recipt with the unit to them?

I know Nintendo is very generous with their warranty policy. So there is a good chance you might get it fixed. I would register it, then call the Big N and if they give you any grief about it being out of warranty tell them you have a receipt. You might have to fax it to them as proof.

i registerd it everything went fine, i filled out the return thing they sent me an email an im spose to ship it to them and it says im still in warranty just scared if its legal or not and it didnt say in the email to send in the recipt

Last month when I exchanged my Wii the agent said all Wii systems are covered under warranty due to it not being out a year yet. So you should have no issues exchanging it. I didn't and they never asked for a receipt when I had them replace it.

thanks for the input guys it will be getting shipped out monday hopefully it goes good the only problem was it asked when i bought it and had a drop down box the date only went up to 2007 n i got it in 2008 lol ill post how it all turns out. Thanks
