There is no downgrader for the slim and the lowest firmware on the slim is 3.60, the only option you have is using pandora battery to upgrade to 3.60 m33 or 3.71 m33

Pandoras Battery? What is that? I dont know much about the slim, helping a friend, but are those Versions where firmware can be used? And what are the chances of bricking using this Pandoras Battery

A combination of a pandoras battery and a magic memory stick brings the psp in to service mode and lets you upgrade straight to 3.71 m33-2, it can also be used to unbrick bricked PSPs.

Read the stickies on the of the page, there are some guides which explains how to make a pandoras battery and a magic memory stick.

Edit: If you don`t have another psp with custom firmware or fw 1.50 you either hardmod a battery to make it a pandora battery or buy a Datel Tool Battery, then use This to create the memory stick.
