Help with Swap Magic DVD

I installed the swap magic and set it up on my slim PS2 v12. Now when I try running the Swap Magic DVD it keeps starting again and again without displaying the Swap Magic screen. It showed the first couple of times and I think I selected SMBoot and now it keeps loading again and again.
The CD Swap Magic is working fine and brings the Swap Magic display when inserted. Please advise !!
