Hi all,
Im looking for some advice.The title says it all.My flashed xbox 360 has gone back to microsoft twice already and came back fixed with no issues regarding the flash.This time however the third time on the same console i think i left a backup game inside.
How much trouble am i in?????????

That depends. If it's illegal to flash your hardware like that, you are so fucked. If not, you'll probably just get your stuff back with a message like "screw you, no more warranty" or something.

By the way, I don't know much about modding or Microsoft's policies, so I'd wait for someone who knows better to leave their opinion on the matter.

Cheers for the feedback.I think its ok to modify the xbox since i do own it.However this will void my waranty.But however the backup is piracy.This is only my assumption.Thankss for your insite.

none u can make backups as long as u hav the orig copy the worst they can do is not return the game bc u sent in more than they ask for and they might refuse to fix it bc u voided the warranty so they'll ship it back thats it, at worst

Turns out i do actually have the original of that disk anyway.Pure chance.So if it comes back not fixed is it hard to get hold of a dvdrom to relace the one thats dead?

Just manualy eject the DVD Rom and take out the Disc if it's in there.
