I just bought a hacked psp version 3.71m33 and the battery I got with it has no name on it. And when my battery is at about 31-24% battery life it shuts off. I have another psp but not hacked if I switch the batterys will it mess up my firmware???

lol, no.. but you didn`t tell if they are phat or slims.. the slim battery will not go into a phat psp but the phat psp battery can be put in a slim but you won`t be able to get the lid on.
