What type of hardware and/or software do I need for using burned games in my PS2?

You can either install a modchip, not for the beginner when it comes to soldering, or you can use swap magic, which is a boot disk, you get one for loading dvd backups and one for cd backups.

If you have experience with soldering, then get a modchip, otherwise swap magic will do fine. Only down side is swapping the disks over and over.

Magic keys would do fine, a little annoying setting them uo though, but they are okay once sorted out.
