DOS-BOOT flash problem

im trying to use xtreme boot maker to make the dos boot, but my usb port drives are E & F and it doesnt support the use of drive E or F. is there a different program i could use or a different way to get the things onto my flash drive? i realized you can save to hard drive, but it wont make it a startup then. is there a program i can use to put it on my flash drive and then make it startup? thanks.

What program are using to make usb flash drive,
my drive was L:
if you put the usb in the drive and it is recognized you should be able to use it and select it form the list.
