I just upgraded from 2.something OE firmware to 3.80 M33-2

I moved all my files back into my memory stick. But now none of my homebrew games play. Not like illegal stuff, but like NoGravity, and Serve n' Go don't work. I tried throwing em in the game150 and the game folder, but it always says "Game could not be started (80020148)".

I tried switching between the homebrew kernels too

Am I doing something wrong? Or do none of my old homebrew games work anymore? cause normal demos straight from sony all work fine.

This is because 3.80 M33-2 does not, in any way, shape, or form, support 150 kernel ... at this time. What you'll have to do, for now, is download the homebrew apps you want, in 3.xx kernel coding. Most emulators have a 3.xx kernel version. Most homebrew coders have adjusted their programs to the 3.xx kernel to accomadate the new PSP Slim, since it also doesn't support 1.50 at all. At some point, 3.80 M33 will have 1.50 kernel support for Phats only, but at a cost. D_A has stated that in order to support 1.50 with the new 3.80 M33, you may have some features that malfunctions, such as Sleep Mode, as sited on QuickJump.

There is no excuse NOT to mod! Don't follow the rules, make them!

Aww, that blows. :P If only Sony noticed that the homebrew community was doing a far better job with PSP than they are.

Thanks a lot though.

Click here for Serve N' Go. This is a 3.xx Kernel version of the game I believe. Just put it in the GAME folder and set the kernel to 3.80 in Recovery. Nothing I can do about No Gravity, that's a 1.50 kernel only so far.
