Which Linux has the Best Emu Support?

I want to put Linux on my PS3 because I've been reading you can play emus on them... I was just wondering which one had the most emu support for it or best speeds and whatever.

as long as you know how to compile source code then any emulator that works on a different version will work on another.
the one that is being worked on the most and has had the most breakthroughs is ubuntu.

I had yellow dog and just recently switched to ubuntu and am very pleased with the switch.
