DVI-I to DVI-D connection?

My computer's video card has a DVI-I output and the monitor has a DVI-D input. I've got a DVI-D single link cable (I think?), so would I be able to use that to connect the two? Here is a pic I found of a DVI-D cable, and it looks like mine as far as I can tell:

Its like that at both ends of the cable, so would it work for both of them?
