Are there any installers for 3.XX M33 that I can use to access from the recovery menu so that my PSP can recover without having to make the Pandora Battery?

maybe not, but if u can access the recovery menu u can run
3.71 recovery folder PSP/GAME/RECOVERY
or need run pandora's

no. psp slim cannot recover without pandora's battery and universal unbricker v3 memory stick. all recovery files are for going back to 1.50.

it wouldn't matter, because all recovery folders are for recovering back to 1.50.

even if there was a recovery file for the slim, you would still need pandora's battery and universal unbricker v3 memory stick because there is no other way to install custom firmware on the psp slim. the lowest firmware on the psp slim is 3.60.
