The thing is that i had a 1gb memory card and installed 3.71 m33 on my psp. now i have bought a 2gb card and copied everything from the 1gb card to the new one. when i try to play a game now it says 'game cannot be started'. is there something i must do? plz help.

what did u copy over to the 2gb card? and did u format the 2gb card first?

ive just ordered a 4gb memory stick. and on my 512mb im on firmware 3.80 m33 what will i need to copy over to the new memory card?

nothing at all just put the memory card into the psp and format it all the folder will install themselves.

so the only thing i'll have to do is format it then the it will automatically install all the CFW folders?

that's all u have to do once it's fomatted the folder's will be there.

no, i didnt format it first i'll try that and it should work after that right?


i just formatted the memory stick and it still says the same thing 'game cannot be started'

This also happened to me once... Even the UMDs weren't working. What I did to fix it was re-install the custom firmware and after that, all the games booted properly. Try re-installing the 3.71 M33-2 firmware via Pandora Battery and Memory Stick.

sorry about this but im still havin trouble. i reinstalled 3.52 m33 try booting my games still didnt work. then i tried installing 3.71 m33 when i execute it in the xmb it says 'verifying 3.71 incorrect file' what i should i do plz help.

Try going HERE and follow the steps to get your games working properly.

As to the 3.71 M33 update you need 3.52 M33-3 or above to install it.

Go HERE and follow this guide. Run the 3.52 M33-4 update first. Then run the 3.71 M33 updates and you can also update to 3.80 if you want.
