Help! PSP games and Homebrew wont start on 3.80 m33-4!!

I recently upgraded to firmware 3.80 m33-4 and everything worked fine before that. I tried to apply a 3.71 m33 custom bootsound to my current 3.80 m33 bootsound, and now when ever I try to start a homebrew app or a iso game, it just shows my psp background and freezes. I tried changing the bootsound back to the orininal one, and it still didnt work. I tried formating flash1 and reset the settings and it still didnt work. I have the 1.50 kernal addon. I cant run ANY homebrew or games. Please help!

Yes, NONE of the homebrew runs on 3.80 M33 or any of the updates... Yet...
Homebrew is still catching up, be patient and maybe they'll come out with some kind of 3.71 emulator or new homebrew...

try this

'M33' Custom Firmware Recovery:

Required Files:

Reinstall 3.71 M33 Files: (3.71 M33 Recovery Files)
You can use the '3.71 M33 Installer' files as recovery files.
You can download them from the Custom Firmware Installer' section in the previous post.

1. Extract the '3.71 Custom Firmware Install' files to your hard drive
2. Rename the UPDATE folder to RECOVERY. Make a copy of the 'RECOVERY' folder
3. Enter Recovery mode and choose the 'Toggle USB' option and plug in a USB cable.
4. Open the PSP \ GAME folder and paste the RECOVERY folder inside it.
5. On your PSP, select the Toggle USB option and press 'X' to close the USB connection.
6. Choose the 'Run program at \PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\EBOOT.PBP' option and press 'X'
7. Follow the "Install Instructions for Custom Firmware 3.71 M33" from step 7
(Instructions can be found in the previous message, you will need to scroll up a little bit...)
