hi there to cut a long story short i got the lights of death my 360 was flashed so i sent it to get repaired i recieved it back and it said it was my motherboard that was faulty but when i tried to run a backup game it wouldnt work so i thought fine then i went to sign into xbox live it wouldnt work and i ran the test and everything works but when it gets to testing xbox live it says failed funny thing is they gave me a free 1 month subscription so do you guys think that i am band from using xbox live.

ps is there anyway to getting round being banned from live thanks.

well the backup game didnt work because gave you a refurbed console, instead of your old one back, so you will have to reflash it. as for not being able to connect to live, you could have received a banned console i guess, call them up and complain i say. and no, you cant get around the banings if you are baned.

when it failed Xbox Live did you go in to the details and look at the code it gave you?

well i just phoned microsoft xbox support and the women said that i wasnt banned and i gave her the code and she said she thinks its got somethning to do with my isp

Bumping is usually frowned upon at AD.

Can you tell us what code you get? Can you try to recover that account on another 360?
