What's the best/most commonly used program to convert common video formats (avi, mpeg etc) to flv? I'm after something easy to use that i can link to for other people to download and use...

Hello... To convert avi, mpeg to flv I use Video To Flash Converter...
it isn't free, but cost not so expensive, also it has trial without time, size & feature limits, so very nice.. =)))

I use Xilisoft avi to dvd. Shareware but does the job in just a couple of clicks and is pretty quick converting the avi to an iso.

I always use SPAM to help me to do that.It supports nearly all the common format and can convert the files with high output quality.
