hello, if theres someone that can help me with this, i have a DVD Burner Pacific Digital, that is Dual Format, i mean is +R and -R and im trying to record some movies and it works fine and after the recording process, i just can see it on my dvd burner, doesnt even work on my dvd Rom on my computer, so if you know why please help me!

well im using the last version of CloneDVD so that version rip it at the same time

clonedvd does not rip(take out the copy protection) movies.

What exactly are you doing--what do you mean recording process? Do you have a standalone dvd-recorder for the tv.

If you are trying to copy a dvd movie, you need Anydvd to work with CloneDVD. Like yuedana said, we need a little more information on what you are doing. Jerry

Adam,

What we are trying to get across is that if you are backing-up a commercial DVD, that DVD is copy write protected. You have to remove that BEFORE you attempt to burn it with CloneDVD. The name of the product is "CloneDVD" however it doesn't CLONE a movie by itself !

If you use something like DVDShrink it will "rip" away the copy write protection so that you can work with it. AnyDVD that Jerry suggested will Rip your DVD but then it will probably be too large for you to use hence DVDShrink program.

If you are working with a computer, you really need to use DVDShrink. Go to this site and download it and use the step--by-step picture guide. When you are finished with that THEN use CloneDVD for the "burn to disc" part of your copy procedure.
