The Arena

The first thing you need is a decent weapon. Now there is 4 good ways of doing this:
1. Go to a fighting chance and steal a ''fine'' weapon. What I mean by that is steal somthing like a fine steel longsword or a fine iron warhammer. The attack will be mint
2. Go to Kvatch and shut the gate of oblivion. The sigil stone can be used to enchant a weapon.
3. Get tons of money and buy 1.
4. Go to a shrine and once inside kill bandits. At lv1 they will carry steel, lv5 will carry silver any higher will carry glass dwarven or elven.

Now once you have your weapon go to the arena and find a guy called Owyn now dont talk to him. instead go to your stats look at your light armour and heavy armour stats note which one is higher cause u will be asked to choose a battle raiment. Once you have your raiment go and win matches till you have to face the grand champ dont fight him yet do his quest. It is easy. You need to be able to kill 2 undead guardians, wolves and 1 vampire with a dwarven dagger. Now go back to the arena and give him the journal you should of picked up and he will then realise he is the son of a vampire and get all weepy. Now challenge him. Follow all of ysebels instructions and when you go out to fight him he will charge but not attack he will plead for death then you kill him

CONGRATS! YOU ARE NOW THE GRAND CHAMP
you are now able to fight creatures in the arena and earn even more money!

Item Duplication
To duplicate your items in the PS3 version of Oblivion do the following:
1) Get two magic scrolls of the same type.
- The scrolls must NOT be stolen
2) Click on the scroll twice.
3) Then drop the item from your inventory that you want duped.
4) Exit inventory and collect your items.

Notes:
- Certain weapons and armor won't work
- The health of the item must be 100 (Get it repaired by an NPC just to be safe)
- The charge on a magical item must be full

Unnamed sword
Use the ''Duplicate items'' trick on a paintbrush. After getting at least twenty paint brushes, go outside of ''A Fighting Chance'' in the Imperial City Market District at midnight. Drop a paintbrush. Notice that it will float. Get on top of the brush and repeat the process to form a set of stairs. Once you get high enough to reach the top of the A Fighting Chance store, get on top of the building and look for a chest that is locked. The lockpick level is very difficult. Lockpick it and look inside to find an odd sword without a name. The sword has no attack, breaks easily, and cannot be sold.
