i have purchased a sagem d box 2 from germany. When i boot up the image is called cable ferret[what ever that is]. It scans for channels ok and it says there are 288 channels, but i can only get the normal bbc and itv ones. I can't get sky sports, movies etc....
Even though it says sky sports etc... the screen is blank without sound nor picture. I live in Mansfield on virgin media. Can anyone help please?
