I used search but no luck.

I have recently purchased a Pal Xbox 360 Arcade Falcon. I originally had no intention of going on Xbox Live with it as I run the risk of getting banned.

But what I want to know is, if I get banned and then the machine messes up, will Microsft still repair it?

possibly but your warrantys gone so if they would then their would be a hefty charge for it.... like the cost of an xbox if they wont all they would say is tough, tell em you bought one


falcon you say? falcon is the new mobo/chipset? how would that get you banned?

I'm not saying that a falcon would get me banned, I just thought I would give all the new information I knew.

So the 3 Year ROD warranty expires as soon as you get banned?

if you get banned on live they might not fix that problem, but if you got banned and had RROD then just say thats all you have as they would have to exchange your xbox then you would be back online and a new xbox as well
