Help, I updated the wii by mario galaxy, but the opera error is still there for setting page

My Wii(Jap) is bricked by super paper mario(US), and I used mario galaxy (Jap) to fix the brick. now I can load to WiiKey to update it to 1.9G-beta. but I am still not able to go to the setting page. the opera error is still there.
opera on the GC disk and load to marc:us/us/us/index01.html to have my setting page?

Am I the only unlucky one who got into this? is there a newer update to fix the setting page?
