1st of all, go to the recovery mode of your PSP ^_^
Quote:To access recovery mode follow the following steps :-
1. Completely shut down your PSP (Not stand-by)
2. Hold the "R" button (i.e right trigger) while starting your PSP ^_^
3. You are now on recovery mode
It should look something like this THIS
Then go to "Configuration" and in "UMD mode" switch it to "Sony np9660" ^_^
And then go to the main menu of the recovery mode and then, go to "Advanced -> Advanced configuration" and "DISABLE" everything there ^_^

Well, I think your game itself must be corrupted >_>
Download "UMDgen" first ^_^
I assume, you're using a .cso (cuz I saw it in another topic)
Use UMDgen to convert the .cso to .iso format and juz see whether it works ^_^
Extract the .cso and then make the .iso ^_^
If it doesn't, you have a bad copy of the game >_>

i downloaded a bunch of games and i convert it to a cso.
at the first time i use it (psp), my games are running. no problem!. but when i reformat my MS to put new games. it doesnt work anymore. there is an error saying "the game cannot be started 80020148".
