Trying to make a Magic Memory Stick with Pandora's GUI.

I hard modded my battery if it helps. When I try to run the "installer" part on my PSP it just says "the game could not be started" so I can't proceed with Stage 4.
Can anyone help me?

if you hard modded your battery you won't need to run the battery creator,just put the magic memstick in that you created with the gui then put the pandora battery in
