Okay, I found out that 3.80 M33 just recently came out, I tried to update it, but it gave me a error,'My system configuration was not right', so went checking around forums and stuff, they told me to use keycleaner, It did nothing.
People say it's the problem with my idStorage keys, when I open 'KeyCleaner', The first line was "Motherboard could not be determined from idStorage.
And I started searching around for clues and stuff, and I found THIS, and I tried installing, but it sorta 'HANGED' when it was installing the firmware on the memory stick.
My current version: 3.71 M33-4.

My Mac Address seem to have been missing, I can't connect to other PSPs access point. I tried MacAddress Fixer, but they said 'Error writing to Mac Address.

In answer to your second problem download Chilly Willy's "ID Storage Manager v1.3 or higher. in the program select view/edit and use the directional buttons until you come to key 0044. now tell me what the first twelve numbers say.
