hello there guys i have opend my 360 and found out my drive is hitachi so i bought a sata card and cable of ebay it also had a disk with all the firmware stuff and some programs and videos but i would like to know do i need anything else??

You will also need a Maximus Passkey if your Hitachi is a 0079. Other than that, if you have a VIA 6421 SATA card, you're all set.

can i just remove the drive from my xbox 360 to flash it or do i need it connected to the 360? sorry iam a complete noob to flashing.
