This may be a dumb question but I couldn't find anything close to answering it so here goes.

The Tekken game that can be downloaded via the PSN.
I'm assuming this is dl'd to the ps3 hard drive right?

Is their a way to extract this and then copy it to another?

Say for instance putting it on a usb thumb drive and copying it to your ps3's hdd?

Is there a reason this wouldn't work?

doubt it as you have to install it and its probably been patched so it will only work on one system (i.e. when you reboot the hard drive you can re-install it for free again)
although not very sure... worth a shot.

If its any thing like the Warhawk download then it will be linked to the user that downloaded it, meaning it will only work if that user is active on the PS3. At least thats my understanding from what Ive read.

same here, but i can never connect to anyone online, since i bought it i've not been able to play online once.

How were you copying it? do you copy the installed game, or do you copy the install file, so if its already installed on my PS3 im guessin i will need to download it again?

So it is linked to the username as I thought. Isnt Warhawk also linked to the username?

Warhawk is different. You must be signed in as the content owner to play warhawk. Tekken you do not need to be signed in as the content owner. Follow my tutorial and anything except Warhawk will work for now. Sony may eventually block this as they did with the PS3Proxy.

i don't think they will. they allow you to have the same account on 5 different machines so they thought about what account holders would do if their ps3 breaks etc.

My friend downloaded me Tekken 5 onto my Ps3 on monday, today i loaded it then it says copyright infringement and some error code so they can catch you.
