Messed up Flash0 - help me

Ok, this might sound really nooby, but i forgot what firmware i was running and i was going to upgrade to 3.80 m33, but i had the inaflow beta theme on my psp so i pressed the select button in the xmb and changed the usb to flash0 and deleted it and put in 3.71m33 flash0 in and i reset my fully reset my psp and not my psp starts up and then comes up with a red screen and it says to contact the technical service line. i also tried other stuff and it still comes up as the red screen.
I can still access recovery mode though, and i tried to run the recovery thing and i have the folder and everything but it says error 80020148 when loading the prx's and it wont work.
and the Pandora thing is out of the picture because i dont want to spend money on another battery and memory stick...

Bleep i tried putting the inaflow beta flash0 back in and it full bricked my psp, cant even access recovery mode

Did you try format flash1 and reset settings in recovery

Yeah, try that but I thought he had a flash0 problem :P Anyways if that doesn't work then try this 3.71 recovery pack (link is in the guy's sig).

BTW I'm really interested on specificaly what did you paste in your flash0. I messed around with my psp's flash ALOT and I never got a RSOD :( I've always wanted to see it lol.

Have you tried using pandorasgui. This one always works for me when I have that problem.
