hey all,
got Donkey Kong Jet race for the kids, went to try it and it wants a system update, its a PAL machine and the game is PAL so i am thinking that this is ok as its the same region, can someone just confirm this for me please. i am sure i have read this on differnet threads but just making sure as i dont want to screw up the machine, cant be doing with the moans from the young uns!

The upgrade is fine, I actually used this to semi unbrick my Wii as it upgrades the firmware to 3.0E. If you are on the latest version it wont update anyways.

Mine is 1.9g as well, all seems fine so it cant do anyharm to update it to that anyway

re..donkey kong jet race
ive installed this game on a pal d2b chip with cyclowiz version 2
asked for update with usual prompt of "if you have a device installed in your wii it may make your wii unplayable"
installed anyway ....i had 3.0 on my wii and the update made it update to 3.1...thats all
plays perfect
