is my setting wrong for my sata card ?

have i installed my sata card wrong because windows automatically installs it and it comes up in device manager as a scsi raid card???


please help me

When Windows detected it, you should have avoided let it install the drivers as Windows often just installs what APPEARS to be a right driver. This idea applies to all hardware not just that SATA controller. I think it's safest to download the latest driver from the internet (use Google) and install it yourself.

Go ahead and delete that driver and google for the correct and latest one. It should appear as the right device.
