Hello Guys, need some help. I upgraded my PSP to firmware 3.80 M33-4 and put a xmb theme on there and it semi bricked it. I've trying to recover it as I can get into the recovery menu but it's just not happening.
The funny thing also is that although I upgraded to 3.80 my kernel is showing as 1.50 or 3.71. I've put the recovery folder in the Game folder with all the necessary files or so I think. But when I select run program at (Recovery) nothing happens. I'm stumped as to what is happening and your help would be much appreciated.
Also when I select Exit in the recovery menu nothing happens either.

one, it's against forum rules to post email addresses.
two, NEVER use someone elses flash0. you can permanently brick that way. use pandora's battery and universal unbricker v4 to get back to 3.80 m33.
ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure
got a whole lot more to list . . .

My bad, won't happen again.
I'll try what you've suggested. I've got a Pandora's battery but it just wont charge, got no idea why but I'll probably just use my original battery and make it into one.
Thanks again.
