ok it goes to the Cromwell screen when I turn the xbox on, i have downloaded and wasted alot of discs trying bios, i can get a couple to say

No Bios Update Found...Making!

and the others just wont do anything .....what do you think the problem is

we have tried slayer also

help please

Okay I had this problem and I found no way to get it to work. So what I did was get a programmer. You attach the chameleon to it with a 9v battery and then to your parallel pport on your pc. Then use the Xodus Programmer. This is a very nice, simple and effective way to flash the chameleon and matrix chips.

I have a v1.5 Xbox with a xecuter 2.3 lite chip. Can i flash it with slayer?
